Alex LOVES this work. Every day he gets to do this work is the best day ever. He has been part of over 8,000 sessions since 2013.
He’s been absolutely crazy about his curiosity leading into continuous learning, about the body, about new techniques, about new approaches, about whatever presents. His clients have lead him to where he is today and continue to present wonder and curiosity, and shedding light on all the things he doesn’t know about. He believes it’s his job to train his hands and senses, and his evaluation and listening skills, to stay current with the newest approaches and to take care of his own mentality and physicality, and his clients will show him how to work with them best. Then he usually runs to his books and goes holy cow! What was that! And adds that to the library of his hands.
Over the years he’s had the honor of working with a diverse population ranging from those who just want to relax, or are curious, to babies and children, acute and chronic pain, digestive issues, women’s health, grief, anxiety, depression, ptsd, pre and post surgical operations, to those who are working through and living with extreme forms of mental and physical trauma. The approach is always the same, listen and follow the instructions of the body’s own wisdom.
When he’s not working, Alex is receiving and working with his own sessions, writing, reading, dancing, luxuriating in the arts, meditating, cooking, tinkering, and absolutely basking in his role as a father, and having the best day ever.
