While we all endeavor to make our work as accessible as possible, we have curated this selection of our lowest-cost services and classes for our community. We are deeply grateful to the practitioners and teachers whose generosity makes these possible.
Vinyasa Flow
Join Elijah for a vinyasa-style yoga class that welcomes all levels of experience. This flow focuses on muscle engagement, balance, and flexibility, offering a dynamic and invigorating practice. Designed to get your blood flowing, the session unites body movement with mindful breathing. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 PM, Classes are $15. Read more.
Shakti Yoga Flow
Join Marigold on Tuesday mornings from 10:00-11:00 am for a class designed to deepen your connection to your creativity and awaken your inner wisdom. Shakti Yoga Flow weaves traditional asana, breathwork, intuitive movement, and subtle body practices into a gentle, creative flow. Classes are on a sliding scale between $10-$25. All are welcome and none will be turned away for lack of funds. Read more.
Restorative Yoga
Join Elijah for a deeply restorative practice designed to help you unwind, relax, and ease tension in the body. Through long-held postures and peaceful meditation, you'll support your muscles and joints while cultivating a sense of calm from within. Class is on the second Tuesday of the month at 8:30 pm. This is a donation based class starting at $5 that will go to families in need. Read more.
Amor Propio
Amor Propio es una organización sin fines de lucro que apoya a la comunidad Latinx promoviendo la salud mental, la sanación y el bienestar integral. Nuestra misión es reducir la insolación, la depresión y el trauma ofreciendo una atención que respete nuestras culturas, voces y experiencias vividas. Centramos la descolonización como un camino para reclamar nuestras identidades y sanar del trauma generacional. Creemos que la sanación verdadera comienza cuando las comunidades toman el liderazgo. Peoples Fund 2026
The Peoples Fund helps make healing more accessible for Minnesotans who cannot afford a practitioner's lowest sliding-scale fee, and is designed specifically to support BIPOC community members in receiving somatic work. Support is available for up to six bodywork sessions, and recipients are encouraged to contribute what they can. Learn more here.
