The People’s Fund

The People’s Fund helps make healing more accessible for people who cannot afford a practitioner's lowest sliding-scale fee. Support is available for up to six bodywork sessions, and recipients are encouraged to contribute what they can.

The fund is open to Minnesota residents seeking body-based healing. To promote equitable access, at least 85% of funded sessions are reserved for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC). White applicants may be placed on a waiting list depending on current fund availability.

The People’s Fund exists to expand access to healing and strengthen a more equitable, community-supported model of care.

The providers below are those that work with the Peoples Fund. In the spirit of community care, practitioners agree to a discounted price, clients contribute what they can, and the fund makes up the difference. We invite you to explore their approach, the modalities they use, and if they feel like a good fit for you. Please, provide the information below and the practitioner will reach out to you with their email. Once they’ve made contact, you’ll be ready to apply to the fund!

Please note: the two individuals who staff the People’s Fund do so very part-time, outside of other important work in, for and with their community, so applications sometimes move slowly.
