Dylan Pitrone

Yoga Instructor

Dylan discovered yoga through a lifelong interest in philosophy, consciousness, and the deeper questions of what it means to be human. After beginning a dedicated practice in 2008, he completed his first teacher training in 2010 and has been teaching throughout the Twin Cities since 2011.

Over the past fifteen years, Dylan has guided thousands of classes and worked with students from all backgrounds and experience levels. His teaching blends strong, intentional movement with mindfulness, breath awareness, and a deep respect for the personal journey that brings each student to their mat.

Influenced by years of meditation practice and a passion for personal growth, Dylan’s classes invite students to cultivate presence, curiosity, compassion, and connection—both within themselves and with the community around them.

In recent years, Dylan has begun developing Flamewater Path, an evolving approach that explores the integration of strength and flow, discipline and surrender, movement and stillness. This work continues to inform his teaching and his vision for building meaningful community through yoga, meditation, and shared practice.

At the heart of his teaching is a simple belief: yoga is not about becoming someone else. It is about coming home to who you already are.
