Ashley Vasas

Ashley Vasas (she/her) is a yoga teacher and the founder of Nourish & Grow Yoga, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In addition to her work in the yoga space, she has an extensive writing and communications background. She has worked as a professional writer for the past 20 years independently and at many major corporations in the Twin Cities. Ashley earned a BA in English from UW Eau Claire and an MA in Book and Digital Media Studies from Leiden University in the Netherlands. At Odigo, Ashley is bringing her wealth of knowledge to our blog and newsletter.
