With a background in customer service and healthcare settings, she supports both clients and the Odigo team through clear communication, thoughtful coordination, and reliable follow-through. Her creative and playful perspective helps shape systems and workflows that feel intuitive, welcoming, and human.

Grounded in trauma-informed values, Casiana approaches her role with sensitivity to each person’s needs and lived experiences. Her own experiences with chronic pain, neurodivergence, and trauma deepen her empathy and guide how she shows up in her work. Through her care and attention, Casiana supports Odigo’s mission to create an environment that is supportive, organized, and genuinely enjoyable to engage with.
