Sara Singh

Founder of The Art of Shakti

Sara Singh is a Kundalini and Kriya Yoga teacher devoted to sharing traditional yogic practices in a grounded, accessible, and dogma-free way. Her teaching integrates breathwork, meditation, mantra, kriya, and subtle-body practices to support inner transformation and a deeper connection with the Self.

Sara’s approach is rooted in the understanding that yoga is more than physical practice—it is a path of self-inquiry, purification, and direct experience. Her own experience of Kundalini awakening led her into deeper study of the yogic sciences and the practices traditionally used to understand, integrate, and navigate the awakening process. This lived experience continues to inform the grounded and experiential way she approaches her teaching.

With over 500 hours of Kundalini Yoga teacher training in India, additional training in Yoga Nidra, and ongoing study in Vedic Counseling, Sara brings both traditional study and lived practice into her classes. She is the founder and lead teacher of Art of Shakti, a Minneapolis-based school serving practitioners locally and internationally through Kundalini and Kriya Yoga, Shakti Sadhana, and traditional yogic teachings.

Her classes welcome both newer and experienced practitioners seeking to deepen their relationship with yoga, inner transformation, and spiritual awakening.
