Somatic Flow

Somatic Flow is like a warm hug for your body. A gentler, less structured embodied movement practice rooted in presence, care, and deep listening. It’s about being with your body exactly as it is—tenderly, curiously, and without needing to change a thing.

This trauma-informed class blends guided movement, yoga, Somatic Experiencing, and freeform exploration to help you tune into what feels good and nourishing in the moment. There’s more spaciousness, less direction. More noticing, less doing.

Somatic Flow supports nervous system regulation, embodiment, and emotional resilience through soft invitations—inviting you to connect with sensation, breath, and easeful movement. You might move a lot, or barely at all. It’s all welcome.

Where Somatic Reset offers a more active arc and structured journey, Somatic Flow is a practice in being. A slower pace, a softer rhythm, and a tender way of returning home to yourself.
