Somatic Reset

Somatic Reset (formerly known as The RSI Method) is a trauma-informed movement practice that brings heat and fire to the body. It’s a guided journey—with breath, sound, challenge, and release—designed to help you meet what’s alive in you, explore your edges, and reconnect with your body’s deeper truths.

While there’s a clear arc to each class, you always remain in the driver’s seat. You get to follow your body’s lead—choosing what to engage with, shift, or set aside. Nothing is forced. Everything is an invitation.

We explore the body’s full range of responses—from stillness to activation—with an emphasis on self-inquiry, voice activation, movement expression, and nervous system regulation. We meet discomfort with care, speak to ourselves with kindness, and offer the body a space to release what’s no longer serving.

Somatic Reset is a practice of self-study. A place to notice patterns, create new ones, and perhaps transform how you relate to yourself. It’s for anyone seeking more vitality, self-trust, or a way to simply feel more alive.

All bodies and experience levels are welcome. The final 15–30 minutes offer optional space for sharing, reflection, and connection in community. Sundays from 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM, Sliding Scale: $5–$35.
