Sound Healing
A sound bath is an immersive meditation and relaxation experience that uses sound and vibration to create a space for rest, stillness, and inward connection. Unlike a traditional meditation practice, there is nothing you need to do or achieve. Participants are invited to get comfortable, close their eyes, and allow the sounds to wash over them while the mind and body settle.
Sound has been an important part of human connection, ritual, meditation, and healing practices across cultures for centuries. From chanting and drumming to bells, gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments, communities around the world have used sound to create moments of reflection, ceremony, connection, and restoration.
During a modern sound bath, a variety of instruments may be used to create an evolving soundscape, including:
Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls to create resonant tones and gentle vibrations
Gongs and chimes to create layers of sound and movement
Drums and percussion to provide grounding rhythms and deeper vibrations
Other instruments and vocal sounds to create a rich, immersive listening experience
As the sounds unfold, you may notice your breath naturally slowing, your body beginning to relax, or your thoughts becoming quieter. You may experience moments of deep rest, stillness, reflection, or simply enjoy the opportunity to step away from the noise and demands of everyday life.
Sound baths can be experienced by anyone, whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice. No previous experience is necessary, and there is no right or wrong way to experience the sounds. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and listen.
A sound bath offers an opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and create space for rest, reflection, and reconnection.
